Handmade paper is made from several different materials such as jute, silk, pinapple fibre, rice husk and cotton. A fine mixture of natural fibers and silk is made and dried as sheets. These sheets are cut out to make ornaments, greeting cards and lamps. Our products are sourced from a women's cooperative in Bangladesh that specializes in making these silk paper products.
